Job summary

Sleep Country Canada / Dormez-vous is hiring for a full-time in-store Sales Associate in Laval. The role supports customer needs, demonstrates products, and maintains visually appealing store presentation.

You will join a team that delivers a best-in-class customer experience across the Dormez-Vous and Endy brands. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in Sales or Customer Service, a positive attitude, and readiness to learn.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Sales, Retail or Customer Service preferred
• Positive, optimistic attitude and strong customer focus
• Ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Critical thinking skills and ability to tackle problems independently
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite; Zendesk or similar help desk is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store systems is an asset
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify needs and promote products and services

In This Current Open Role, You Will

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and wants, promote our quality products and service offerings
• Ensure our stores are always visually appealing through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping
• Work together as part of the Sales team to exceed goals and expectations
• Represent both the Dormez-Vous and Endy brand with best-in-class customer experience, helping customers with their inquiries
• Efficiently process sales orders via tablet or point of sale
• Capture email addresses, customer insights and product experiences to report back to the team

The Qualifications And Experience We Like To See

• Ideally have 1- 3 years of experience in Sales, Retail and/or Customer Service, this is considered an asset and not mandatory as we will invest in the right person
• A positive, optimistic attitude and a strong customer focus
• Be ambitious and willing to commit to continuous education and learning
• Critical thinking skills and the ability tackle problems on your own
• Knowledgeable in Mac and Google Suite systems
• Zendesk or other help desk system knowledge is an asset
• Familiarity with Shopify or online store management systems is an asset
• Available to work days, evenings and weekends
