Killam Apartment REIT in Dartmouth, NS seeks a Maintenance Technician for a 2-month term ending December 31, 2026. You will perform repairs, renovations, painting and general upkeep of residential units to support a well-maintained portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of similar experience, can work in a team or independently, and possess plumbing, electrical or HVAC know-how. A valid driver's license is required, and Renovations experience is a plus.

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, NS for a 2-month term (ending on or before December 31, 2026).

What you will do

• Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware;
• Maintain, repair and renovate residences;
• General maintenance and painting;
• Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
• All other duties as required.

What you will bring

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role;
