Killam Apartment REIT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Victoria, BC. The role may require travel to Comox and Courtenay and involves installing trim, maintaining and renovating residences, and performing general maintenance, including painting.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of related experience, can work well in a team or independently, and possess basic plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills. BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work as a team, and also under minimal supervision.
• Effective, proven skills and experience.
• Renovations experience an asset.
• Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience an asset.
• Must have a valid British Columbia driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

• Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.;
• Participation in an on call rotation;

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Victoria, BC. This position may entail some travel to our properties in Comox and Courtenay. What you will do:
