HI Lake Louise Alpine Centre is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our hostel, guest facilities and staff housing in the Lake Louise area. You will lead a hands-on maintenance team, perform repairs, and ensure safe, welcoming environments for guests and staff.
Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, upholding HI Canada safety standards, and working cross-functionally with other departments to meet operational needs.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play an important hands‑on role in keeping our hostel, guest facilities, and staff accommodations safe, functional, welcoming, and well maintained.
You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the property while providing direction and support to the Maintenance team.
