Job summary

Wheat City Property Services is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to help with property maintenance, repairs, and apartment renovations in Brandon. This part-time role offers flexible hours based on work availability.

You will complete basic plumbing repairs, assist with renovations, and use a range of hand tools. You must be capable of painting neatly, troubleshooting issues, and communicating clearly with the team while working in occupied apartments.

Qualifications

• Basic plumbing repairs and small maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work on apartment renovations.
• Experience with drywall repairs, basic carpentry, caulking and sealing is asset.
• Valid driver’s license required.
