Job summary

ACG Construction in Winnipeg is seeking a Handy Man and General Property Maintenance worker to support renovation and maintenance projects across commercial properties. You will assist trades, move materials, and help keep buildings and equipment in good condition.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of construction experience, basic tool knowledge, a valid Class 5 license, a camera-enabled phone, and strong English communication. This is a full-time, on-site position with varied projects.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Assisting in completing Reno's.


• Working solo or with team.


• Cleaning and organizing.


• Assisting trades with tasks on site.


• Picking up & delivering materials to location.


• Demo & cleanup.


• Moving materials & equipment.


• Maintaining a clean site.


• Washing buildings & equipment.


• Lawn & yard maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
