Job summary

Langier Real Estate Developments Ltd. / MyVic Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our construction team in Edmonton, Alberta.

The role covers general carpentry, minor plumbing/electrical work, cabinet installation, painting, HVAC repairs, and handyman duties across apartments and construction sites. Candidates should be physically able to perform tasks, maintain professionalism, and work both independently and with a team.

Job Requirements

• Physically able: paint/clean, bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, lift 50 lbs
• Legal to work in Canada
