Job summary

Reflector Entertainment Ltd. in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Planner for a 1-year contract. The role onsite focuses on planning, prioritizing, and scheduling corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to maximize uptime and safety.

You will work with Maintenance, Production, and Reliability teams to ensure work is well-defined, resourced, and ready for execution, contributing to safety, quality, service, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning/coordination in manufacturing.
• Strong CMMS knowledge and SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance work plans with steps, parts, tools, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate shop-floor planning for electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Ensure work is fully kitted and resourced before scheduling.
• Track KPIs and support budgets for maintenance activities.
