Job summary

KDC/ONE in Knowlton, QC, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the site's maintenance activities, ensuring reliability and continuous operations. The role leads a team of about 24 electromechanics on 12-hour rotating shifts, planning preventive, corrective, and urgent interventions while aligning with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Collaborating with maintenance planners, production, and engineering teams, you will drive continuous improvement of operations

Qualifications

• DEC in electromechanics of automated systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience supervising or coordinating a technical team.
• Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical and automated systems.
• Experience with a CMMS.
• Fluent in French and English for stakeholders and English documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily preventive, corrective and urgent maintenance activities.
• Mobilize, supervise and develop a team of ~24 electromechanics across 12-hour shifts.
• Follow up on work orders in the CMMS and ensure documentation quality.
• Identify recurring problems and implement corrective actions.
• Track performance metrics and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and procedures.
