Job summary

Dare Foods is seeking a Maintenance Planner at our Ontario site to improve efficiency, reliability and cost control of the maintenance function. You will plan, prioritize and schedule corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance to support safe operations and maximize equipment uptime.

Working closely with Maintenance, Production and Reliability teams, the Planner ensures work is well-defined, properly resourced and ready for execution, contributing to site goals around safety, quality,

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance planning experience.
• Strong CMMS experience and SAP proficiency.
• Advanced Excel and overall Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed maintenance work plans with steps, parts, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for services and parts.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Track KPIs and support budget and cost control.
• Ensure safety programs and proper resourcing.
