Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods' Maintenance Planner role focuses on developing maintenance job plans and scheduling to maximize plant uptime. You will coordinate Work Orders, prioritize PMs, and ensure efficient use of parts and manpower in SAP, while collaborating with Reliability Engineering.

Strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. With 5+ years of maintenance planning experience, you’ll contribute to safeguarding production, optimizing maintenance

Qualifications

• 2 years of study in a related field or technical diploma.
• Journeyman ticket or related technical certification preferred.
• Experience applying maintenance best practices in industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work to maximize uptime.
• Develop comprehensive maintenance job plans for safe execution.
• Prioritize and coordinate Work Orders and PMs in SAP.
• Lead scheduling meetings and optimize BOMs and routes.
