Job summary

Orano Canada is seeking a Maintenance Planner at the McClean Lake site on a 14 days in/14 days out rotating schedule. The role focuses on planning and scheduling maintenance repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing improvements to support Operational Excellence.

You will supervise contractors, ensure compliance with regulations, maintain equipment data sheets and BOMs, and identify cost-saving opportunities through equipment modifications.

Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician/Instrumentation or Electrical Engineer/Technologist
• Experience in industrial maintenance planning is an asset
• SAP experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule current and future maintenance repairs
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with authorities
• Supervise contractors and manage resources for jobs
• Maintain equipment data sheets and BOMs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through modifications
