Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers to schedule maintenance appointments.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers over the phone and in writing.
• Accurately enter and update customer information, appointment details, and call outcomes across multiple systems.
• Identify and resolve scheduling issues while offering appropriate solutions.
• Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and internal processes.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and appointments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
