Qualifications

• Candidates must be self-motivated, have a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task; must be comfortable on the phone and computer all day.
• Previous experience in call centres or customer service is a huge plus; bilingualism is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Field all incoming calls from internet and traditional advertising.
• Secure and set service appointments and run proactive outbound campaigns from the dealers’ database.
• Handle internet service inquiries and manage high volumes of email and phone contacts.
