Job summary

Whitby Oshawa Honda in Whitby is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership team. You will handle service appointment bookings and inquiries, promoting recommended maintenance while ensuring accurate records in our system.

The ideal candidate delivers exceptional service, multi-tasks across programs, and maintains rapport with callers. Prior dealership service scheduling experience and familiarity with CDK or Dealermine are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience booking appointments in a dealership service department preferred
• Customer service or administrative experience required
• Familiarity with CDK or Dealermine is an asset

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls and emails for service appointments
• Advise and promote recommended scheduled maintenance
• Input and maintain vehicle/customer information in the computer system
• Complete outbound reminder calls and emails to schedule appointments
• Identify and escalate customer concerns with the management team using our process

Purpose/Summaryof Position:

• Handle all incoming service calls and emails for service appointments
• Advise and promote recommended scheduled maintenance
• Answer customer inquiries, concerns and provide assistance where needed
• Input and maintain vehicle/customer information in the computer system
• Complete outbound reminder calls and emails to schedule appointments
• Identify and escape customer concerns with the management team usingour process
