Job summary

Coach in Calgary is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, strong English, POS familiarity, ability to work nights and weekends, and a passion for fashion. Base pay ranges from CAD 15.50 to 20.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits in Canada.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos (Preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain high energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
