Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador with standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and close sales with follow-ups.
• Maintain high energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
