Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Calgary, Alberta to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations and work across omni-channel platforms to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail, POS proficiency, strong English skills, and comfort with fast-paced environments. Training, collaboration, and brand initiatives are all part of the job.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation on iPad/laptop and basic tech.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Social media savvy; live-stream shopping or video demos is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and meet personal/store KPIs.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and personalized recommendations.
• Process transactions efficiently and support daily store operations.
• Assist team and participate in brand initiatives and training.
