Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a Royal Service Agent to act as a brand ambassador, delivering anticipative service to guests by phone and in-person. You will be instrumental in creating a luxurious experience from check-in to farewell, coordinating excursions, reservations, and guest requests while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong English communication, a year of customer service, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, in the stunning Canadian

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows.
• Knowledge of hotel facilities and Property Manager asset preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights.
• Typing skills around 40 wpm.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and fluent English.
• Strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Follow departmental policies and service standards.
• Answer inquiries via telephone or radio promptly and professionally.
• Record reservations accurately in the Property Manager system.
• Manage guest messages and wake-up calls, and book activities and dining.
• Serve as a liaison for guests seeking hotel information.
• Assist in emergency procedures and coordinate with Security as needed.
