Job summary

Coach Stores Canada Corporation is seeking a luxury retail associate to represent the Coach brand on the sales floor in Toronto. You will apply fashion expertise, build client relationships through personalized styling, and drive sales with cross-selling and upselling while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include managing the POS, clienteling tools, and social selling; executing personal sales plans, meeting KPIs, and maintaining inventory and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)
• Schedule: Flexible including nights, weekends, peak season, high‑traffic days.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs) and move around the floor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Complete daily tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising) while upholding service standards.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom clean, organized, and stocked; follow POS and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and move products.
• Assist teammates in other areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative, trust-based environment; encourage team performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training programs.
