Coach is seeking a Sales Associate III-9 at Toronto Eaton Centre to deliver an elevated shopping experience and drive store sales. You will build client relationships, assist with fashion guidance, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in luxury retail, strong English, and POS experience. Knowledge of fashion trends and social media fluency are a plus; flexible scheduling includes peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background and social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style guidelines.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
• Maintain organized sales floor, stockroom, and merchandising standards.
