Job summary

Poppy Barley is seeking a Key Leader for our Vancouver store to deliver exceptional customer service and lead the sales floor. You will open and close the store, manage workload, and coach team members to uphold our luxury-for-people standard.

You will drive guest relationships, stay current on product knowledge, handle customer cases, and partner with the Store Manager to implement initiatives. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on growth, learning, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience as a leader in retail or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to motivate the team to achieve store sales and customer experience goals.
• Open and close the store and manage workload with priorities in mind.
• Coach and develop team members for consistency and growth.
• Support weekly and quarterly inventory counts and store operations.
• Ensure merchandising and visual presentation align with brand standards.
