Job summary

Poppy Barley Inc. is seeking a Brand Concierge for our flagship Southgate Mall store in Edmonton to deliver luxury customer service and share our history, values and product knowledge with shoppers.

You will focus on relationship selling, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, assist with stock and packing online orders, merchandising and inventory counts, and support the Floor Lead during shifts. This is a part-time, store-based role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or in progress/completed post secondary education.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible schedule that will allow you to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focus on relationship selling, building a client base and offering exemplary customer service.
• Be a Poppy Barley fit expert. Keep up to date on all product knowledge and provide customers with the information necessary to ensure they love their Poppy Barleys.
• Support the operations of the store including but not limited to receiving and processing stock, picking and packing of online orders, merchandising, and inventory counts.
• Support other tasks as outlined by the Floor Lead during your shift.

Key skills you’ll bring to the team:

• A high school diploma or in progress/completed post secondary education, we love to learn and hope you do too!
