Job summary

Poppy Barley Inc. is seeking a Brand Concierge for our flagship Southgate Mall store in Edmonton to deliver luxury customer service and share our history, values and product knowledge with shoppers.

You will focus on relationship selling, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, assist with stock and packing online orders, merchandising and inventory counts, and support the Floor Lead during shifts. This is a part-time, store-based role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or in progress/completed post secondary education.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• A flexible schedule that will allow you to work daytime, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Focus on relationship selling and building a client base.
• Provide exemplary customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist with stock receiving and processing, packing online orders, merchandising and inventory counts.
• Support the Floor Lead with tasks during shifts.
