Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB, invites you to join as a Busperson in our Food & Beverage team. You will support servers, ensure flawless dining experiences, and help set up stations while upholding the luxury standards of the Fairmont brand.

We expect previous customer service experience and a current Pro Serve certificate. Enjoy exclusive staff perks, meals, accommodation support, and travel discounts across Fairmont & Accor properties.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
• Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
• Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
• Bus and re-set tables
• Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Outlet General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
