Job summary

Jasper Inn & Suites is seeking a friendly server/bar attendant for the seasonal Jasper season in the Canadian Rockies. You will take food and beverage orders, deliver attentive service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area for breakfast and banquet events. Previous serving experience is preferred.

ProServe (preferred) and Serve it Right certifications are an asset. On-site parking and staff meals are provided where available.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and collect payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
• Know and apply menu details, pricing, and service procedures.
• Greet guests and assist with seating; open and serve wine.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Handle guest complaints with supervisor support.
• Assist in setup and teardown of banquet rooms and coffee breaks.
