Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in luxury fashion, invites applications for a Client Advisor at our Yorkdale boutique. The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while achieving personal and store sales goals in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong knowledge of products, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will support merchandising, CRM usage, and uphold the brand image on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Luxury Retail Sales Experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in Women’s and Men’s RTW.

Responsibilities

• Provide impeccable service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring each client is treated to Dolce & Gabbana expectations.
• Tailor the client experience to exceed expectations while supporting the team and ensuring smooth shop-floor operations.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and brand heritage, aiming to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Proactively use clienteling tools to maximize time and achieve individual and store goals.
• Maintain and update CRM records to build and retain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and developing the business.
• Source new clients using CRM tools and build long-term relationships with DG loyal clients.
• Oversee sales policies, objectives, and initiatives and assist in merchandising and shop-floor maintenance.
