Job summary

Moncler in Vancouver is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver exceptional client experiences, welcome clients, and guide them across the brand while achieving store goals.

You will build long‑lasting client relationships, manage conversations, and contribute to visual merchandising as needed; luxury retail background is preferred. Must be team‑oriented, fluent in English, and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Hospitality or client‑oriented roles accepted in lieu of retail.
• Professional presentation and excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide an exceptional brand experience according to Moncler standards.
• Develop and cultivate long‑lasting client relationships through conversation and engagement.
• Drive sales goals by reaching out to existing clients and developing new ones.
• Review KPI achievement and adjust sales approach to exceed targets.
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain policies, inventory, and visual merchandising.
