Job summary

Moncler in Toronto is seeking a Client Advisor to embody the brand and deliver exceptional luxury experiences by welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and building lasting relationships within a high‑end retail environment.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager, you will meet sales goals, stay informed about product lines, and contribute to store performance while providing personalized service to an international clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client‑focused experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Build long‑term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.
• Understand and anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall experience.
• Develop new client relationships while strengthening existing relationships through proactive outreach and follow‑up using approved clienteling tools.
• When applicable, utilize bilingual or multilingual communication skills to support an international client base and provide a seamless luxury experience.
