Job summary

Moncler Vancouver is seeking a Sales Support Advisor to partner with the store team to deliver a seamless client experience across FOH and BOH. You will support Client Advisors, assist with product requests, and help maintain brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You are customer-focused, with at least 2 years in retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. This role offers a collaborative team setting and growth opportunities within Moncler.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Experience in hospitality or other client-oriented/service roles is acceptable.
• Professional presentation; strong verbal and written communication.
• English language proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors and ensure a personalized client experience.
• Assist with product requests and BOH–FOH product flow.
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising in-store displays.
• Contribute to inventory tasks and back-of-house organization.
