Moncler is seeking a Client Advisor to serve as a Brand Ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences by creating a welcoming environment, discovering client needs, guiding them across the brand, and cultivating relationships.

You will support store teams with merchandising or training as needed, achieve and exceed sales KPIs, and maintain Moncler visual merchandising standards while representing the brand with professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Professional presentation and appearance.
• Flexible and dependable.
