Job summary

Requirements include minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; strong interpersonal skills; fluent English; fashion-forward mindset; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• In lieu of retail experience, hospitality or other client-oriented roles are acceptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and provide an exceptional client experience.
• Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships.
• Drive business and sales goals by proactively reaching out to existing clients and developing new clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with store operations to maintain brand standards and processes.
