Qualifications

• Two years of luxury or premium retail experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a luxury experience per Moncler standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and clienteling.
• Understand client needs and recommend products and services to enhance the experience.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Protect confidential information and adhere to policies and procedures.
