Job summary

Moncler is hiring a Client Advisor in Toronto to deliver exceptional luxury experiences, welcome every client, and build lasting relationships. You will maintain brand knowledge, hit sales targets, and use clienteling tools while collaborating with a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, you will embody the brand, support omnichannel services, and uphold Moncler’s standards of grooming and conduct in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of luxury or premium retail experience.
• Experience serving international or multilingual clientele is preferred.
• Track record of achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and deliver a luxury experience aligned with Moncler standards.
• Build long-term client relationships through personalized service and proactive outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of Moncler products, promotions, and brand heritage.
• Achieve sales goals and monitor performance metrics (ADT, UPT, conversions).
• Support operations, visual merchandising, and omnichannel services as needed.
