Rimrock Banff, a luxury hotel in the Canadian Rockies, seeks a meticulous Public Area Attendant to keep all lobby and guest-facing spaces pristine. You will clean and present lobbies, corridors, washrooms, and shared areas to the hotel’s luxury standards, while maintaining discretion and privacy for guests.

You must follow established procedures, work with focus, and manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar detail-oriented role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently in structured environment.
• Comfortable following defined procedures without deviation.
• Calm, disciplined approach to repetitive tasks.
• Accountability for work quality.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned public areas to Rimrock's luxury standards.
• Pay close attention to detail; ensure surfaces and high-touch areas are spotless.
• Provide discreet, professional service in guest-facing areas.
• Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance needs promptly.
• Document completed tasks and maintain organized storage areas.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to complete tasks.
