Banff Caribou Properties Ltd. is seeking an experienced Housekeeper Supervisor to support and guide the housekeeping team.

You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure consistent, high standards throughout guest rooms and public areas, while mentoring the team and maintaining a positive, professional environment. Responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations and provide leadership to the housekeeping team
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met
• Coach, motivate, and support housekeeping team members
• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Report maintenance issues and work with Maintenance to address them
• Collaborate with Front Desk to ensure smooth hotel operations
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties when needed
• Promote a safe, positive, and professional team environment

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper who takes pride in high standards and is ready to take the next step in their career. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play an important role in supporting and guiding the housekeeping team, working closely with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the department runs smoothly and our guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where you'll mentor and support the team, work alongside them to deliver the standards our guests expect, and help create a positive environment where everyone contributes to a great guest experience.

What You'll Do
