Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and achieve personal and store goals. You will support daily store operations, drive omni-channel sales, and build lasting relationships with clients.

The role blends luxury retail service with cross‑selling, clienteling, and data-driven selling, requiring strong English, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie‑talkie use
• Strong English proficiency
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and promote repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to needs
• Perform daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising
• Keep floor and stockroom organized and compliant with policies
• Process transactions including online pick-ups
• Support inventory cycles and product movement
• Assist teammates as needed and foster teamwork
• Participate in brand initiatives and trainings
• Welcome feedback and maintain a calm, professional demeanor
