Holt Renfrew in Toronto is seeking a Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) to build deep client relationships and drive sales of luxury beauty brands. You will cultivate a loyal client base, deliver outstanding service, and share expert product knowledge with colleagues and vendors.

In a fast-paced, bilingual environment, you will exceed sales targets, participate in brand events, and collaborate with buyers and store leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a commission-based retail sales environment.
• Luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in French and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal sales targets.
• Build a loyal client base and develop new customers.
• Share product knowledge with the store team and vendors.
• Contribute to brand selling initiatives and events.
• Maintain merchandising standards and price changes.
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and events.
