Job summary

Holt Renfrew in Toronto is seeking a Designated Beauty Advisor to drive sales for our luxury brand partners while delivering exceptional service to every guest. The Specialist will build a loyal client base, share expert product knowledge with the team, and participate in store education sessions, merchandising, and events, all while meeting sales targets in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Fluency in French and English is required, and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Two+ years in a commission-based luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
• Build and retain a loyal personal client base.
• Share expert level product knowledge with the store team.
• Attend educational sessions (product knowledge, vendor, Holt Renfrew seminars).
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and related sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients about events, product requests, and follow-ups.
• Resolve customer service issues with selling management.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
