Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a commission-based sales environment.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to exceed sales targets.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
• Exceed all sales and service goals and targets
• Build a loyal personal client base and retain clients
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers
• Drive brand sales through events, merchandising, and assortment recommendations
• Attend educational sessions on products, vendors, and seminars
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and price changes
• Communicate with personal clients about events and product requests
