Holt Renfrew in Canada’s luxury retail space is seeking a Beauty Advisor to develop deep, lasting client relationships that drive sales and loyalty. You will deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and nurture a personal client base across the store.

The role offers commission-based compensation tied to sales performance, with the flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a commission-based setting.
• Highly collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 2+ years in commission-based retail sales, luxury preferred.
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.

Responsabilités

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
• Build a loyal personal client base and retain clients.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store team.
• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers.
• Drive brand sales through events, merchandising and assortment recommendations.
• Attend educational sessions on products, brands and Holt Renfrew seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, merchandising, price changes and sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, mail and electronic methods.
