Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Collaborative; works well in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years’ experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Exceed all sales and service personal goals and brand targets.
• Build a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing clients.
• Share expert product knowledge with the store selling team.
• Attend educational sessions on product knowledge and vendor brands.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and related sales support tasks.
• Communicate with personal clients via phone, mail, and in-store events.
