Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a luxury retail setting.
• Collaborative team player with strong multitasking skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers
• Exceed all sales and service personal goals and targets
• Exceed all sales and service brand goals and targets
• Build a loyal personal client base and develop existing and new clients
• Share product knowledge with store team and maintain relationships with buyers
• Drive brand sales through events, merchandising, and promotions
• Attend educational sessions and perform sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and email about events and requests
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed
• Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security
