Job summary

Holt Renfrew Mississauga is seeking a Beauty Advisor to build enduring relationships with customers and drive sales in a luxury environment. This role offers commission-based pay tied to sales performance, with opportunities for product knowledge growth and clienteling.

The position requires a high level of customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Nights, weekends and holidays may be required. Training sessions and brand seminars are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
• Highly collaborative; team oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of two years experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate may be required for certain brands.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, long lasting relationships with customers that lead to increased sales, service, and loyalty.
• Consistently deliver extraordinary service to all customers.
• Drive brand sales by identifying opportunities, events, and assortment recommendations.
• Attend all educational sessions including product knowledge and Holt Renfrew seminars.
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and related sales tasks.
• Communicate regularly with personal clients via phone, mail and electronic methods.
