Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets in a luxury retail setting.
• Strong collaboration and communication within a team.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, lasting relationships with customers to increase sales and loyalty.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned brand and contribute to store goals.
• Share product knowledge with the selling team and maintain client base.
• Coordinate with buyers and management on events, merchandising, and promotions.
• Maintain store standards, floor recovery, and customer follow-up.
