Optima Living in British Columbia seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide high-quality nursing services, support residents’ dignity, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a respectful, patient-centered environment.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living, document care, and participate in care planning, move-ins/outs, end-of-life support, and safety initiatives while upholding privacy

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains a current license to practice from the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• CPR and First Aid certification are required; hospital/long-term care experience is valued.

• Participates in development of resident care plans under the Director of Care or designate.
• Administers medications and provides direct nursing care as needed.
• Documents resident conditions and care in medical records and communicates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supports move-ins/outs, palliative care, and end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.
