Job summary

AX9 Security Inc. is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to prevent theft and fraud in assigned locations while supporting safety and environmental program compliance. You will use CCTV and other tools to minimize loss, identify incidents, and maintain accurate reports.

The role requires a valid Guard Card, reliable transportation, and excellent customer service skills. You will collaborate with local law enforcement and drive a shrink-elimination culture. Some travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• CCTV and knowledge of 6-step process of loss prevention.
• Must have knowledge of theft prevention, conflict resolution, and de-escalation methods.
• Excellent report writing skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Loss Prevention Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned territory. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing safety processes and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
