XTL Transport Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure day-to-day commitments are executed as promised. You will be customer-focused and work to develop relationships that drive loyalty and growth.

The role emphasizes timely communication, data accuracy, and coordination with dispatch to keep shipments on track. Key duties include handling EDIs, updating orders, managing schedules, and supporting driver payroll and operations.

Responsibilities

• Accepting EDIs and updating records.
• Enter comments for Dangerous Goods on orders with BOL.
• Ensure data integrity: customer codes, dates, trailer and BOL numbers, weight, seals, temperature, flags.
• Update Costco appointments per Warehouse requests.
• Check loads on screen and ensure accuracy of loads.
