Job summary

XTL Transport Inc. is hiring a Carrier Logistics Planner to coordinate with partner carriers, secure capacity, and maintain margin goals. The role requires strong negotiation, excellent communication, and knowledge of North American geography, with English and French considered a plus.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will develop carrier networks, monitor performance, and support pricing proposals while aligning with company values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of transportation/logistics industry experience.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand our carrier partner network.
• Monitor, measure, and provide feedback on carrier performance.
• Negotiate rates and ensure margin objectives are met.
• Ensure carrier capacity exceeds customer demands.
• Enroll carriers in FourKites.
