TransX Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Level 2 to oversee assigned accounts, provide timely updates, and lead CSR team activities. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvements, and strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Terminal teams.

Qualified candidates bring 2–5 years of service experience in transportation/logistics, plus at least 1 year of supervisory work.

Formación

• High School Diploma
• 2–5 years of customer service in transportation/logistics
• Minimum 1 year of team lead/supervisory experience
• Operations background preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google apps
• Experience with Customer Tracking Systems and data extraction/analysis
• Knowledge of Less-Than-Truckload service dynamics
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer relationship building and cross-functional collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts with proactive communication
• Process customer requests via Customer Tracking System
• Extract order information from internal systems for reports
• Lead and coach CSR team; liaison to Customer Service Manager
• Drive weekly/monthly scorecard review actions
• Manage order changes and updates; maintain records
• Resolve service failures and ensure timely resolutions
• Collaborate across Sales, Terminal, and Operations to improve quality
